Orders & Delivery Fee Policy

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars ($AUD)

  • Delivery Fees – Flat rate of $15.00 in Sydney Metro Only, we have the right to refuse delivery if the delivery address falls outside of our delivery zone

  • Changes to orders need to be sent via email to shop@floralopulence.com.au at least 48 hours before the delivery date and time

  • All orders require a 48 preparation time

  • Our delivery area stretches as far as 20km from our location in Chullora, NSW. To help you understand if you are within reach, we have listed a few suburbs on the 20km border:

    • North stretching to Carlingford

    • South stretching to Woronora

    • East stretching to Mascot

    • West stretching to Casula

  • If your order is too far for delivery, we will contact you to organise another delivery location OR a refund.

  • If the recipient is not at the provided address, an additional fee of $25.00 will be required for re-delivery

  • All alcoholic beverages will require an official government ID check in person (drivers license, photo ID or passport). The recipient must be 18 years or over or the order will be rejected

  • Delivery times are 9.30 am – 6.00 pm

  • Floral Opulence is not responsible for unforeseeable issues such as changed traffic conditions, we will notify the sender as soon as possible if there are any delays

  • Flower availability is dependent on seasonality and market availability. As a result, not all goods produced are exactly as pictured on our website (www.floralopulence.com.au), therefore by accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be material differences between images, produced and received goods


Delivery Policy

  • Floral Opulence reserves the right to charge an increased delivery charge, payable by the sender, under certain circumstances, which may include the delivery location being outside of the delivery areas listed, misspelled or incorrect delivery information provided at the time of order, or difficulty or delays caused by misleading information provided

  • If your order has failed to be delivered, it will be returned to Floral Opulence Headquarters and an additional pickup delivery fee will be recharged to the purchaser. Floral Opulence will then reorganise delivery again at an additional charge

  • Contact details for the recipient is highly recommended for deliveries to co-ordinate an appropriate delivery schedule with them in the case they are not available at the delivery time requested. We will ensure all efforts to the best of our ability are made to finalise the initial delivery time

  • All customers will receive a photo and SMS message upon delivery

  • Choose between AM or PM for your delivery time. AM will be anytime from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm. PM will be anytime from 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm If you require a specific time, please make a note in the special request(s) section of our order form and we will try to cater to the best of our ability.

  • If you feel the flowers have not lasted for at least 2 days or are dissatisfied with the initial quality of florals or foliage let us know within this time by sending an image of your original arrangement via email at shop@floralopulence.com.au. Dissatisfaction with the quality of florals or foliage must be communicated to our team within 24 Hours of delivery

  • We may require the original arrangement to help us in quality control and therefore may request to collect the original delivery. Regrettably, we cannot arrange a credit or redelivery of a replacement arrangement if original flowers are disposed of

  • Any refunds will be processed on via the same method of payment. Electronic refunds may take up to 5 business days to process

  • We are always available at shop@floralopulence.com.au to answer any of your concerns or questions regarding the care of your flowers or any policies
