Refund Policy

• Floral Opulence ensures to source the highest quality of florals and products for our clients. All floral arrangements sold are perishable items and their life span is highly dependent on their environment and care

• You can generally expect your flowers to last 2-6 days provided they are cared for correctly as per our floral care instructions

• No refund on cancellations for change of mind

• Credit only for cancellations, no refunds unless your order is faulty as stated in the ACCC

• Changes to orders need to be sent via email to shop@floralopulence.com.au at least 48 hours before the delivery date and time
