  • These things happen. If we attempt delivery and nobody is there to accept the order, we can organise a re-delivery which will result in an additional fee of $25.00 AUD, payable by online credit card payment.

    This fee will only be charged after we have contacted the purchaser who placed the order, due to the recipient not available and the courier has determined the arrangement can’t be left in a safe place, and/or conditions (weather or safety) are not good enough for the arrangement to be left at the delivery address.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to offer a same day delivery service at the moment. We’re working on this and hope to bring you this option soon. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

  • Delivery is available in the Sydney Metro area only, for a flat rate of $15.00 AUD (for more information, please visit our terms of service). If you require a delivery outside our delivery zone, please contact us and we will do our best to accept your order.

    Our delivery area stretches as far as 20km from our location in Chullora, NSW. To help you understand if you are within reach, we have listed a few suburbs on the 20km border.

    (North stretching to Carlingford, South stretching to Woronora, East stretching to Mascot, and West stretching to Casula).

    All customers will receive a photo and SMS message upon delivery.

  • Due to the ever-changing nature of flower ability, seasons and demand, we do our best to pick your flowers that match our images online. It’s important to understand that the computer/phone screen will almost never be the same as real life.

    Please note that you will receive the featured arrangement unless a substitution may need to be made based on the season, availability of flowers, or other unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances.

    By making a purchase on this website, you may be contacted if necessary substitutions to the arrangement will need to be made at the florist’s discretion.

  • Yes! Before checking out, please make sure you select the specific date you want the delivery to arrive. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice from the time of your order.
